AI / Automated Access Policy

Third Sight Technology LLC welcomes human readers and legitimate search discovery of public marketing pages. This draft states our requested boundaries for automated access and reuse. Draft prepared October 4, 2026; subject to attorney review.

Crawler directives are requests, not guaranteed protection or access controls. Do not use this policy or robots.txt as a substitute for authentication, confidentiality agreements, or keeping nonpublic assets offline.

Public discovery

Public marketing pages, the Infrastructure Risk Checklist, and the insight article are intended to be discoverable through ordinary search indexing. Search discovery does not grant rights to commercial reproduction, bulk extraction, or model training. Automated services must respect access controls, reasonable operational limits, and applicable law.

No authorized training or bulk reuse

Without written authorization, Third Sight does not permit automated scraping, bulk extraction, dataset creation, model training or fine-tuning, or commercial automated reuse of protected original site materials. This policy does not override rights and exceptions that applicable law requires. It does not claim ownership of general ideas or facts.

Protected materials and branding

Our requested restrictions cover protectable original website copy, checklist content, graphics, scorecard visual structure, and other original expression. Do not use Third Sight branding to imply that generated content or a competing service is affiliated with or endorsed by Third Sight. See the Intellectual Property Notice for scope and limits.

Crawler strategy

The proposed strategy allows ordinary public search indexing while requesting that named AI crawlers not crawl the site. Proposed names include GPTBot, CCBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, and PerplexityBot. Root-level robots.txt and llms.txt require separate installation and verification. This draft does not assert that those files or network-level controls have been deployed.

Private and draft material

Internal prompts, scoring weights, formulas, templates, and delivery playbooks should not be published. Draft and test pages should be excluded from indexing. Noindex discourages indexing; it does not make a page private. Sensitive material requires authentication or must remain outside the public website.

Operational safeguards

Automated agents must not bypass authentication, evade blocks, overload services, or obtain nonpublic data. Additional hosting or network controls may be used where available. No technical measure is represented as completely preventing copying, and public policies alone cannot guarantee compliance.

Authorized access requests

Contact Third Sight through the website request form for automated-access, licensing, or partnership requests. Identify your organization, agent, purpose, materials requested, retention practices, and intended reuse. Authorization must be explicit, written, and limited to the agreed scope.

Review and updates

Counsel should review this policy before adoption. Changes to providers, crawler behavior, legal requirements, and site controls may require updates. This page is an attorney-review draft, not a representation that a crawler agreement is automatically enforceable.
