Third Sight Assessment Engine™ and Infrastructure Risk Scorecard™ are proprietary diagnostic frameworks of Third Sight Technology LLC. Public website descriptions are summarized for informational purposes. Full methodology, scoring logic, and delivery templates are reserved for client engagements.
Ownership and the limits of protection
Third Sight and applicable licensors retain rights in protectable original website text, checklist expression, graphics, visual arrangements, and other original materials. Copyright protects original expression, not underlying ideas, facts, methods, names, or short phrases as such. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. This notice does not assert exclusive ownership of common diagnostic concepts.
Permitted use
You may view public pages, share links, and use an expressly provided checklist for your own internal evaluation. Any rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected. Permission to read a resource is not permission to republish it, resell it, or represent it as your own branded service.
Reuse requires permission
Except where permitted by law, written authorization is required to commercially reproduce or redistribute substantial protected copy, graphics, checklist content, scorecard visuals, or other original expression. Do not copy protected presentation or assessment language into competing deliverables without permission. This restriction does not prohibit independently developed ideas or lawful use of unprotected facts.
Brand names and logos
Third Sight Technology™, Third Sight Assessment Engine™, Infrastructure Risk Scorecard™, and the Third Sight logo are used as brand identifiers. Do not use them in a way that implies affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization without permission. The ™ symbol does not represent federal registration. No registered status is asserted here.
Automated access and model training
Third Sight does not authorize scraping, bulk extraction, AI model training, or commercial automated reuse of protected site materials without written permission, subject to applicable law. Ordinary search discovery is addressed separately in the AI / Automated Access Policy. Public accessibility is not a blanket license for reuse.
Nonpublic operating assets
Nonpublic scoring logic, weights, templates, prompts, automation workflows, and delivery playbooks are not licensed through this website. Any disclosure in an engagement is governed by the signed agreement and applicable confidentiality protections. This notice does not claim that information already lawfully public is a trade secret.
Licensing and partnerships
For licensing, citation, partnership, or reuse requests, contact Third Sight through the website request form. Describe the materials, intended use, audience, and distribution. Permission is not granted until confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.
Attorney review
