Third Sight Client Infrastructure Review Kit — Product Terms
Pilot v0.3. These Product Terms apply to purchases of the Third Sight Client Infrastructure Review Kit — Pilot v0.3 from Third Sight Technology LLC. By purchasing the Review Kit, the purchaser agrees to these Product Terms.
1. Seller and product
Seller: Third Sight Technology LLC. Product: Third Sight Client Infrastructure Review Kit — Pilot v0.3. Price: $149 USD, one-time purchase.
The Review Kit is a digital planning and decision-support toolkit for infrastructure reviews, renewals, budget discussions, modernization initiatives, migration decisions and client or internal planning conversations. The package Third_Sight_Client_Infrastructure_Review_Kit_Pilot_v0.3.zip includes Third_Sight_Assessment_Pilot_v0.3.xlsx and Third_Sight_Customer_Guide_v0.3.pdf.
The workbook contains a 12-signal assessment and action-planning workflow across Cost, Risk, Security, Lifecycle, Licensing and Readiness. Guidance covers assessment interpretation, evidence, accountable owners, actions and an executive decision summary. No physical product is shipped. The $149 purchase excludes consulting, implementation, system access, infrastructure audits and the optional Expert Review.
2. Product-use license
A purchase grants one purchasing business a non-exclusive license to use the Review Kit for its own operations and client engagements. The business may use it internally, create working copies for individual client engagements, complete assessments using its own or its clients’ information, modify completed client-specific reports and summaries, support client planning discussions, and share completed client-specific reports, findings, action plans and executive summaries with the applicable client.
The purchasing business may not resell or redistribute the blank workbook or guide, sublicense the Review Kit, publish it publicly, upload it to public template libraries or repositories, make source files available for unrestricted download, package it as its own commercial template, or offer substantially the same blank toolkit for resale as a competing product.
The license applies only to the purchasing business. It does not automatically grant separate rights to affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, unrelated contractors or other organizations. Sharing completed client reports does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights to the blank Review Kit. Third Sight Technology retains ownership of the underlying Review Kit, methodology, templates, written guidance, branding and original content.
3. Delivery
The Review Kit is delivered digitally by manual email to the email address associated with the purchase after confirmed payment. Pilot delivery target: within one business day after confirmed payment. The ZIP contains the current purchased release of the .xlsx workbook and PDF Customer Guide. A Stripe confirmation or receipt does not itself contain or deliver the files.
If delivery has not been received within one business day after confirmed payment, contact support@thirdsighttechnology.com with the purchase or order reference and checkout email address. Third Sight verifies payment and, when appropriate, resends the purchased files.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking spam, junk, quarantine and corporate filtering systems, and maintaining a backup of delivered files.
4. Software requirements
The workbook is supplied in Microsoft Excel .xlsx format and is intended for desktop Microsoft Excel. The PDF Customer Guide requires a standard PDF reader. Compatibility with Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, LibreOffice, browser-based spreadsheets or other applications is not guaranteed unless Third Sight expressly states otherwise. Applications may interpret formulas, dropdowns, formatting, validation or workbook behavior differently.
Before relying on the workbook in another application, verify dropdowns, Gap Score changes, separate Unknown counts, Action Plan Record Check logic, and expected behavior after saving, closing and reopening. Keep an unchanged master copy. Desktop Excel compatibility has not been independently user-tested in this website review.
5. Refund requests
Refund requests for the $149 Review Kit may be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase to support@thirdsighttechnology.com with the applicable order or payment reference. Submitting a request does not confirm refund approval. Third Sight reviews the request under these Product Terms and communicates the outcome.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted are unaffected. The optional Expert Review is a separate service and may have separate cancellation or refund terms provided before purchase.
6. Support
The purchase includes one setup-support email thread initiated within 14 calendar days of purchase. Third Sight’s target response time is within three business days. Setup support covers reasonable questions about opening files, the workbook workflow, locating fields or functions, understanding guide instructions and suspected product defects. File-access problems and confirmed defects may be reported separately.
Support excludes performing client assessments, client infrastructure analysis, confidential evidence review, custom workbooks, formulas or reports, architecture, migration planning, security or compliance audits, license-entitlement determinations, implementation, remediation and ongoing consulting. Do not email credentials, passwords, API keys, secrets, regulated records or sensitive client information.

7. Optional expert review
The optional Third Sight Expert Review costs $349 additional and is not included in the $149 kit. Scope and availability must be confirmed before payment. Intended pilot scope: one anonymized assessment of up to 12 signals, approximately 30 minutes of preparation, approximately 30 minutes of discussion, a concise findings note and one clarification email.
It excludes audits, direct system access, implementation, remediation, architecture design, extensive re-analysis, custom workbook development, definitive licensing determinations, legal or regulatory advice and certification. Remove confidential, restricted, personally identifiable, credential and secret information before providing material. Third Sight may decline or separately scope requests outside these boundaries.
8. Limitations and privacy
The Review Kit is planning and decision support. It does not connect to or scan systems, automatically discover assets, independently validate customer data, certify cybersecurity or compliance, determine definitive license entitlement, replace technical audits or legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, insurance or licensing advice, predict outages or failure probability, or guarantee savings, risk reduction or project, migration, operational or financial outcomes.
Results depend on user-supplied evidence. Gap Score, Evidence Coverage, Executive Signal and Suggested Next Step organize a discussion; they are not independently validated risk ratings or predictive models. Professional judgment remains necessary.
Complete the kit in your approved environment and use evidence references instead of sensitive records where possible. Do not send passwords, credentials, keys, restricted government information, regulated records, sensitive datasets or unnecessary confidential information. The purchaser remains responsible for lawful and contractually permitted data use.
Payments are processed through the third-party checkout provider. Do not email card details. Provider terms and privacy practices may also apply.
